- Fully refundable. Reserve a spot with $299, we run weekly pickups for 4 weeks (wash, fold, deliver next day), and at the end you decide: roll into a subscription and we apply the $299 as service credits, or get a full refund. Either way you keep the clean clothes.
- Yes. Every customer's bag is logged and tagged on intake, runs in its own dedicated machine, and stays separate through wash, dry, fold, and delivery. We never combine loads — even when it would be more efficient.
- Tell us within 48 hours. We re-clean stained or under-washed items free on the next pickup, and we replace damaged items up to $250 each (higher with our optional protection rider). No fine print, no haggling.
- We serve 12 Greater Vancouver cities — Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North & West Vancouver, the Tri-Cities, Langley, Delta, Maple Ridge, and New Westminster. Enter your address at checkout to confirm; if we don't yet cover your block, we'll tell you up front and add you to the wait-list.
- First pickup can usually be booked for the next day; in our denser zones (downtown Vancouver, Richmond) same-day is available for orders confirmed by 9am. Standard turnaround is next-evening — most addresses see clean laundry back within 24 hours.

About the service
- Reserve a spot with a $299 refundable deposit. We pick up laundry once a week for 4 weeks — wash, dry, fold, deliver next day. If you roll into a subscription, the $299 returns as laundry credits toward your plan.
- We refund the $299 in full and still return the clothes clean and folded. The deposit is fully refundable — that's the whole point.
- No. The challenge is a standalone 4 weeks. If you love it, you can roll into a plan and apply your $299 as credits. If not, you paid $299 to have laundry handled for a month.
- Greater Vancouver — including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North and West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, Maple Ridge, and New Westminster. Enter your address on checkout to confirm.
- No. As long as there's a safe place to leave and collect bags — doorstep, concierge, garage — we can do contactless pickup and delivery. We confirm details at onboarding.
- Yes. Every customer gets their own machine, every time. Nothing is mixed with anyone else's laundry.
- Trained in-house staff — never third-party gig workers. Same hands every week means fewer mistakes and consistent care.
- Next day by default. If an item needs more time — say a delicate that needs air drying — we message you directly.
Wash & fold laundry
- Whatever fits with the drawstring closed. We don't weigh; we don't upsell; you pay flat per bag.
- $60 per pickup. Most orders easily clear that with a single Wash & Fold bag ($85).
- We'll try to come back, but a $5 late fee may apply. We'll always message first.
- Yes — mix Wash & Fold, Linen, and Delicate bags however you like on a single pickup.
Dry cleaning
- Our default is 24-hour turnaround. Same-day is available on request in select zones — ask when you schedule.
- Pickup, dry cleaning, pressing, and delivery back to your door. Minor button repair is free with any dry cleaning order.
- Silk, wool, and structured pieces are inspected at intake and cleaned on the appropriate cycle. We flag anything that needs special care before processing.
Subscriptions
- Unused bags roll over indefinitely, for as long as you're on a plan. No "use it or lose it."
- Yes — 30 days' notice is all we ask. No long-term contracts. Rolled-over credits pay out in pickup service during the notice period.
- Singles for one person (bi-weekly pickups). Couples for two or a light family (our most popular). Families for 3+ people with weekly pickups and more capacity.
- Pay upfront for 12 months and save 16%. Credits and rollovers behave the same as monthly.
Commercial accounts
- Your first commercial order is 100% free — pickup, cleaning, and delivery in 24 hours. No contract, no commitment.
- Yes — retail, hospitality, clinics, gyms. Separate bins per staff member if needed, with per-garment tracking.
- Low. We build around your volume, not the other way around. Your account manager sets a schedule that fits.
