Intake & sort
Each customer's bag is logged on arrival. Items inspected and tagged. Anything flagged (delicate, repair needed, stain) gets routed before the wash.

Own machine, every time
Cold wash by default, eco-friendly detergent, the right cycle for the bag type. Nothing is mixed with another customer's load.

Press & finish
Dry-clean items inspected for stains, pressed on appropriate forms. Wash & fold items machine-folded then hand-checked, sorted by item type.

- Every customer's bag is logged and tagged on intake, and your laundry runs in its own dedicated machine — never mixed with another household's load. Same tagging follows the bag through wash, dry, fold, and back into your delivery.
- Tell us within 48 hours and we make it right. Stained or under-cleaned items get a free re-clean on the next pickup. Damaged or lost items are replaced under our care guarantee — no fine print, no haggling.
- Yes. You set preferences once at signup (detergent, fragrance, dryer settings, fold style) and we follow them every week. Item-level notes go on the bag for one-off requests.
- Anything you flag at intake gets routed to dry cleaning or our delicate cycle — handled separately, inspected at pickup and again before return. If it's something heirloom-grade, message us first and we'll walk you through how we'll handle it.
- You get an SMS the night before pickup with the time window, another when the driver is 30 minutes away, and a third when the order is ready and out for return delivery. Every step.
- We coordinate with concierges for buildings that require it, or we'll meet you at the lobby/garage at the agreed time. Set it once at onboarding and the same instructions apply every week.
- Reschedule any time before the driver leaves the facility — no fee. If you cancel after we're already en route, a $10 fee covers the routed slot. Subscription pickups can be paused with two clicks.
- If the drawstring closes, it counts as one bag. We don't weigh, we don't penalise. Most households fit a week of laundry for two people in one Wash & Fold bag.
- Yes. Cold-wash by default, biodegradable mainline detergent, and free hypoallergenic / fragrance-free upgrade on request. Most parent customers run our default — it's already gentle.
- Tips are optional and built into the app for cashless. Don't leave cash in the bag — we don't want it on the line and neither do you.
