About the role

What you’dbe doing.

TLB's commercial side is growing faster than our residential side, but we're early. As B2B Outbound Sales Rep you own the top of the commercial pipeline: source target accounts, run outbound, book demos, and close net-new monthly contracts. You'll work directly with the founders on territory strategy, pricing, and which verticals to prioritise next. This is a builder role — first six months are 70% prospecting, 30% closing; we expect that ratio to shift as the pipeline matures.

Day to day

Responsibilities.

  • Prospect commercial accounts across hotels, restaurants, spas/gyms/salons, medical/dental, Airbnb, and offices
  • Run multi-touch outbound — email sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn, in-person walk-ins where it makes sense
  • Book and run discovery demos; quote and close monthly-recurring commercial contracts
  • Manage your full pipeline in Close CRM with discipline (next steps, accurate stages, clean data)
  • Partner with operations to onboard new commercial accounts and confirm fit
  • Report weekly on pipeline, conversion rates, and lessons learned by vertical
What we look for

Qualifications.

Required

  • 1–3 years B2B sales experience (services, hospitality, SaaS, or laundry/linen all welcome)
  • Comfortable with cold outbound — phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person — and not allergic to a 'no'
  • Disciplined CRM operator (Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Self-directed; you don't need a manager assigning you accounts every Monday morning

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in Greater Vancouver hospitality, fitness, or medical sectors
  • Experience selling into procurement or operations leaders
  • Comfort with quoting custom commercial pricing rather than a fixed rate card
