Dry Cleaning Professional
Richmond, BCFull-timeOperations · Dry Cleaning
Operate the dry cleaning line — inspection, pre-treat, machine cycle, press and finish. Suits, dresses, coats, delicates. The garments people care most about.
About the role
What you’dbe doing.
Dry cleaning is where customers trust us with their best — wedding dresses, vintage coats, the suit they wear to every important meeting of the year. As a Dry Cleaning Professional you own the workflow that keeps that trust intact: inspection at intake, the right pre-treatment, the right machine cycle for the fabric, pressed properly, finished by hand.
Day to day
Responsibilities.
- Inspect each garment at intake; tag stains, repairs, and special-care notes for the customer file
- Pre-treat stains using the appropriate spotting agents for fabric and stain type
- Operate dry cleaning equipment per cycle specs (suits, delicates, leather, etc.)
- Press and finish on the appropriate forms, hangers, and irons — by hand where needed
- Quality-check every piece before it's bagged for return delivery
- Communicate stain or fabric concerns to the customer through your account manager before processing
